To answer the why training is important, first we must understand the nature of the human mind. If you have observed the nature of the mind is to go towards things which gives pleasure. Whether we call it pleasure or instant gratification or temporary happiness is purely subjective. Generally the mind will always go towards and run away from painful situations. It is also observed that another aspect of the mind is if certain thing is done repeatedly , the mind begins to accept that as the truth. For instance if you keep feeding mind that life is full of negativity and problems, by continuously feeding it through social media, television a, books, it will begin to accept it as the truth. Likewise, the same mind if fed with only positivity through social media, books and having interactions with optimistic people, the mind will begin to accept that life is full of positivity and possibilities. x It is my opinion and I would like to say that the lifestyle most of us are leading a lifestyle which is mostly dependent on other's perception about us. Right from the career we choose, to the clothes we wear are so much dependent on other's opinion. Just look at it. Let us consider the choice of a vehicle we want to purchase. Frankly speaking the main purpose of buying a vehicle is to make it helpful for us to move from one place to another. Isn't it? Let us say one wants to buy a car and his or her budget is around 4 to 5 lakhs. Let us say the person decides to buy an Alto car. But immediately right from the spouse, parents, relatives and friend’s perception begins to take an upper hand rather than the actual necessity. So the person is in a dilemma and begins to feel a sense of obligation to buy a higher end

A student spends his life accumulating, assimilating knowledge during the formative years. As we all know each student gets exposed to various subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Science, Language etc. Nowadays schools also have lot of extra-curricular activities , industrial visits etc. There are also certain practical classes like laboratory sessions, where the student needs to experiment certain learnt concepts. So now you must be wondering what has this got to do with life. The answer is as follows: Just like the different subjects in the school we also experience different situations in life. In a school, the only difference is there is a teacher who comes and explains the subject, whereas
